Under the TNAPEx–RAMP Programme, a dedicated support programme was organized at COXBIT, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, for 10 selected MSMEs to strengthen their business capabilities and support new product development.
The programme focused on strategic action plan preparation, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development, new product development and technical assistance. The participating MSMEs were guided in identifying their business requirements, refining product concepts, developing systematic operational procedures and planning strategies for sustainable business growth.
The programme also provided insights into export and import opportunities, e-commerce platforms, market access and market expansion strategies, enabling MSMEs to better understand emerging business opportunities and strengthen their market readiness.
Through technical guidance and strategic mentoring, the initiative aimed to enhance the competitiveness, innovation capacity, product development potential and global market outreach of MSMEs, supporting them towards sustainable growth and improved business performance.
