Metabolomics and Proteomics using Advanced Analytical Platforms

This training provides practical exposure to the analysis and characterization of bioactive compounds, metabolites, and proteins using advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC–MS, LC–MS/MS, and MALDI–TOF. Participants will learn techniques for sample preparation, compound separation, spectral analysis, identification of bioactive molecules, and interpretation of metabolomics and proteomics data.
